<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>손질전 무게가 2키로정도이고요~ 손질후 무게가 1300g정도입니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>센불로 켜주시고요~ 설탕이 녹을수 있게 저어주면서 끓어오르면 30초정도만 살짝 끓인후~</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>식초250ml를 부어줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>식초를 넣은후 바로 불을 꺼주세요.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>식초는 이렇게 마지막에 넣어야 식초향이 날라가지 않습니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 장아찌국물을 부어준후 재빨리 식을수 있게 주걱으로 저어줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 이렇게 저어주셔야 간장물이 빨리 식어 아삭한 장아찌가 된답니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 여름철에는 선풍기를 틀어놓고 식혀주면 좋답니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 장아찌국물이 미지근하게 식었을때 푸른잎을 넣고 골고루 섞어줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 국물위로 풋마늘이 뜨지 않게 그릇이나 무거운것으로 눌러준후~ 상온에 1시간정도 놓아줍니다.</b></p>
