<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>1. 냉이를 손질하는데요 누렇고 시든 잎은 떼어내고 뿌리부분과 줄기가 닿는부분은 칼로 긇어내어 다듬어줍니다.</b><b></b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>뿌리부분의 잔뿌리나 더러운 부분은 제거합니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>이렇게 손질한 냉이의 무게가 100g입니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>손질한 냉이를 물에 20분정도 담궈준후 흙이 나오지 않을때까지 여러번 세척후 체에 받쳐줍니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>센불로 켠후 끓어오르면 중불로 줄여 4~5분정도 끓여줍니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>5분정도 끓인후 썰어놓은 냉이를 넣고요 바로 양파.대파.청양고추.두부를 넣고.다진마늘1/2T를 넣은후</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>살살 섞어준후 2~3분정도 더 끓여주면 완성인데요...</b></p>
