<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>다진파5T.물100ml. 간장6T. 다진마늘1T. 미림3T. 후춧가루소량. 올리고당2T.참기름1T를 넣고</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>골고루 섞어 양념장을 만들어줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>여기에 핏기뺀 고기를 넣고 골고루 버무려 재워줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>이렇게 재운 고기를 하루정도 냉장고속에 숙성시키면 좋은데요~</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>저는 시간이 없어서 3시간만 숙성후 조림했습니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>4. 팬에 식용유 소량 두르고 중불로 켠후 고기를 절반만 팬에 올려줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>여기에 양념도 절반만 부어주시고요~뚜껑은 덮고 끓어오르면 </b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>약불로 줄여준후 천천히 조림해줍니다.</b><b></b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>중간중간 국물을 고기위에 끼얹어주면서 5분정도 조림해준후~</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>고기를 뒤집어준 국물을 계속 끼얹어주면서 약불에서 조림해줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>양념이 거의 줄면 완성인데요..</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>조림하는 중간에 국물이 너무 일찍 줄어들면...중간에 물을 추가해서 천천히 조림해주는것이</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>고기가 부드럽고 맛있습니다(보통 10분이상은 조림해줘야합니다)</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>마지막에 국물을 약간 드셔보셔서 짜면 물을 조금 더 부어서 조림하시고요~</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>싱거우면 간장을 ~단맛이 부족하면 올리고당을 추가하세요~</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>산적은 약한불에서 천천히 조림해주는것이 부드럽고 맛있답니다.</b></p>
