<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>1. 쑥은 500g 준비합니다. 쑥이 깨끗해서요 손질할것이 거의 없었습니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 더러운 부분 제거하고 세척후 끓는물에 소금을 소량 넣고 데쳐주는데요</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 쑥이 요즘은 여린편이어서 1분정도만 데쳐줍니다. 5월에는 질겨지니까요 5월에는 데치는 시간 늘려주세요</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 데친 쑥을 찬물에 헹궈준후 체에 받쳐줍니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>*** 너무 곱게 갈지 않아도 됩니다. 최대한 믹서기에 갈때 물을 적게 넣는것이 좋습니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 물을 최대한 적게 넣어야 나중에 반죽할때 쌀가루가 적게 들어가고...그래야 쑥향 가득한 쑥개떡이 완성됩니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>4. 갈아놓은 쑥입니다. 입자가 어느정도 있는것이 쑥개떡 드실때 씹히는것이 있어서 좋습니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 습식 쌀가루입니다. 만약 방앗간에서 갈아온 쌀가루라면 소금간이 되어있을수 있습니다. </b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 그런경우에는 믹서기에 쑥을 갈때 소금간을 하지 않는것이 좋습니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>골고루 치대듯이 버무려주는데요~ 처음부터 쌀가루를 전부 넣지 마시고요~ 버무리면서</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>쌀가루를 추가해주시는것이 좋습니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>저는 쌀가루를 총 1900g 넣었습니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>여러분은 쑥을 갈때 물을 조금 적게 넣고요~ 쌀가루양을 조금 줄이면 더욱 맛있는 쑥개떡을 만드실수 있습니다.</b></p>

<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>6. 반죽의 농도가 너무 질퍽하지 않게...찰흙반죽처럼 되면 동글동글 넙적하게 모양을 잡아서</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 찜솥에 면보를 깔고 올려줍니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 드시기 편한 크기로 쑥개떡 만들어서요~찜솥에 올려주는데요..</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 쑥개떡을 한단 만든후 종이호일 올려서 쑥개떡 만들어서 또 올리고~</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b> 이렇게 저는 3단정도 계속 만들어서 올려서 찜솥에 쪘습니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>찜솥에 물이 팔팔 끓으면 찜기를 올리고 뚜껑덮고 20분동안 찐후 불을 끄고 5분동안 뜸을 들입니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>5분 뜸들인후 물에 참기름 몇방울 넣은것을 쑥개떡에 발라주면서 꺼내서 드시면 됩니다.</b></p>
<p data-ke-size="size16"><b>참기름만 발라주면 아까워서 그럴까요? 저희 시어머님께서 이렇게 물에 참기름 넣고 발라서 떡을 꺼내시더라고요.</b></p>
